ONLINE RETURN POLICY:
- Within 30 days, with the original receipt/packing slip or tags attached: Receive a full refund in the original form of payment.
- By Mail: Email customer care at email@example.com for prior approval. Customer Care will give you the information needed to return the item(s).
- With no receipt or tags attached: Items may not be returned.
- Returns and Exchanges will pay a $5 handling fee. Any products damaged in shipping will be exchanged at no charge
- All gift card purchases are final.Gift cards and store credits cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash (unless required by state law), and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
- Custom work: All personalized items through our Juice Plus+ promotions custom department are final sale; cannot be returned or exchanged.
